Halloween Concert

 Saturday, October 25, 2008 - 8:00 pm at Hatheway Hall

Our opening concert will be filled with lively and dynamic selections of chilling Halloween favorites. Be prepared for an evening of sonically-stunning music and performers in costume. Scare us, too, and wear a costume!

 

Holiday Concert

Saturday, December 6, 2008 - 8:00 pm at Hatheway Hall

A perennial hit featuring your seasonal favorites with special guest pianist/vocalist Louis Michael. Holiday gift basket auction during intermission.

 

A Lincoln Tribute

Saturday, February 21, 2009 – 8:00 pm at Hatheway Hall

The orchestra will honor our 16th President performing ”A Lincoln Portrait”, narrated by celebrated author and former news anchor Julius Hunter. The Lewis and Clark Community College Concert Choir will join the orchestra performing period favorites.

  

Young Artists Presentation

Sunday, April 19, 2009 – 3:00 pm at Hatheway Hall

The Alton Symphony Orchestra will present the winners of the Marie Stillwell Young Artists Competition. Come hear the area’s most talented young musicians. They will dazzle you with their truly remarkable skills and passion for music!

 

Pops & Jazz Fund Raiser

Saturday, June 13, 2009 – 7:00 pm at The Commons

Don’t miss this evening of entertainment which will again include renowned guest artists, a silent auction and other special events. An evening of music, fun and entertainment for all!
